I had an issue with my first order
I had an issue with my first order, and I left a review about it. Patrick, the owner (I assume), reached out to me personally, and I have to say — his customer service is on a level you don’t see anymore.He took the time to call me, talk through everything, and make sure I was completely taken care of. He shipped out a replacement order immediately, and when it arrived, the product reconstituted perfectly — the water was completely clear, exactly how it should be.Patrick truly went above and beyond for me. Not only did he resolve the issue quickly, but he also included extra items I didn’t even pay for just to give me a better experience. That kind of dedication to customers is rare, and it shows how much he cares about his business and the people who buy from him.I’m extremely satisfied and honestly blown away by the level of support. I’ll definitely continue ordering from Treasure Coast — they stand behind their products 100%.
