Ongoing Requirements
- Submit at least 1 product sample per quarter for re-testing
- Maintain average test score of 8.0 or higher across all products
- Respond to customer reviews within 7 days
- Maintain customer rating of 4.0 stars or higher
- No unresolved customer complaints for 30+ days
Note: Gold Status is reviewed quarterly. Vendors who fail to meet ongoing requirements will have 30 days to comply before status is revoked. Status can be reinstated once all requirements are met again.
